- Payment is required for all scheduled sessions regardless of attendance in order to hold your child's space at the centre.
- Parents may have a space held for in-services, early dismissals, and storm days as per the enrollment agreement. Parents who do not require a space for these circumstances will not be charged the full day rate. Parents who do request a space for these days will be required to pay the full day rate regardless of attendance.
- Each child's fee is set based upon the latest time they will be in attendance. For example, if your child will sometimes be picked up by 4:10pm and other times by 4:35pm, the fee for all scheduled sessions will be based upon the 4:35pn pick up time.
- Please be sure to schedule your child based upon the latest time you will arrive for pick up. Late pick up fees will be applied to all late arrivals. Closing time varies depending upon the schedules of the children. Our employees have family and other work commitments after leaving the centre. We appreciate your co-operation in being prompt in picking up your child. Please phone the centre, if possible to advise if an unavoidable situation has caused you to be late, as we understand sometimes thsi may occur. Parents are expected to have arrangements in place for times when their regular pick up arrangements will not allow them to pick up their child prior to closing time for a particular day.
- There may or may not be space available for part-time children with irregular scedules. Advance notice is required.
